This abused and neglected dog has spent 10 years of her life on a chain. Often no food or water. Not even a blanket, toy, or bone. Animal Advocates Society first saw her being snowed and sleeted on, lying in the frozen mud in her own feces. Several upset neighbors said that her owners named her Judas, and sometimes urinated on her from the porch.
